Stalking is unwanted attention by individuals or even by a group of people..It seems to have been first applied to the harassment of celebrities by strangers who were described as being obsessed. Stalking can be defined as the willful and repeated following, watching, and/or harassing of another person. Most of the time, the purpose of stalking is to attempt to force a relationship with someone who is unwilling or otherwise unavailable. Unlike other crimes, which usually involve one act, stalking is a series of actions that occur over a period of time.
When celebrities get stalked it is because the celebrities states where they live and where there are going to be in the day. We know a lot of things about celebrities, its just that some people turn that into something else. People like Brad Pitt, Steven Spielberg and Gwyneth Paltrow. I'm sorry but celebrities must expect something from fans or "crazy people" as some people put it. If they didn't put their lives in the media all the time maybe they would not get any stalkers

There is a story on a television show called Emmerdale. This women is stalking a married man and she is taking pictures, raping him and even making his wife distrust him. This is very interesting, the reason for this is because it shows that everyday people can get stalked as well. A lot of time we only think of celebrities getting stalked but it just shows that everyday people can get stalked. To me it is weird- why would you want to stalk someone? Phoning, texting and even writing letters to someone on a daily basic is not right... I can see why people can go to prision. Here is a story about a women that got stalked in the UK:
